VYBEAM is operated by vyBeam LLC ("we"). You must be 13 or older. You own your content; you grant vyBeam LLC a license to host, transcode, and distribute it. No illegal content, no harassment, no spam. We may remove content that violates these terms. Disputes: US law.

Creator earnings & payouts

Creators earn 80% of net ad revenue attributable to their videos, with a guaranteed per-view floor accrual during the launch period. Earnings shown in Creator Studio are accruals, not payments. Payouts: minimum balance $25.00; paid within 60 days after the end of the calendar month in which the threshold is met, via the payout method we support at that time (Stripe). We may withhold or claw back amounts attributable to invalid traffic, self-dealing, artificial view inflation, or fraud, determined in good faith. Accrued balances on accounts terminated for fraud are forfeit. Rates and the launch-period floor may change prospectively with 30 days' notice; accrued earnings are not reduced retroactively.
